ADMISSION NOTIFICATION FOR CLASS I (2013-14)

General Instructions:

1.      Registration forms may be obtained from 08/02/13 to 10/03/13 between 9.00am -11.30 am

2.      Submission of the filled in registration forms with all necessary documents and countersignatures from 08/02/13 to 10/03/13 between9.00am -11.30 am.

3.       However the registration forms can be submitted upto 4.00pm on the last day i.e-10/03/13

4.       For IISc employees- Counter signature should only be received from THE REGISTRAR or THE PERSON AUTHORISED BY THE REGISTRAR

5.      Following documents to be enclosed along with application:

Attested copies of

a)      Birth certificate  for all the applicants

b)      Caste certificate for SC/ST/OBC candidates

c)      BPL CARD  -if any

d)      Disability  certificate by Civil Surgeon – if any

e)      Proof of residency for all the applicants

f)        A self-declaration from the parent for distance

g)      Affidavit in case of single girl child

6.      Service certificate for all the applicants whose parents are employed.

7.       Eligible Age:   5 yrs to 7 yrs as on 31/03/13 , relaxed by 2 yrs in case of disabled students

8.      PRIORITY – Admissions will be purely based on the priorities given below .Priority in  admission will be given within the category based on the numbers of transfers of the parents

9.        Display of Master List on the Website      -                                                                               12/03/13

Last date for Submission of representation by the parents for any discrepancies                                                                          found in the master list                                                                                                     14/03/13                

10.     Declaration of   I List                                                                                                                18/03/13

11.  Admission                                                                            19/03/13  to 25/03/13( 9.00am -11.30 am)

If vacancies are not completely filled up or created, additional lists will be published once in every 15 days up to 31/07/13 

NOTE:

1.As per RTE ,25%   of seats are reserved for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/BPL/DISABLED Categories These admissions  will be given on the basis of lottery and preference for neighbourhood people as per the admission guidelines of KVS.

2. No registration for class II onwards as no vacancies are likely to arise.
