CO-CURRICULAR   ACTIVITIES AND CELEBRATIONS

OBJECTIVIES

1.    To give the children ample opportunities for self-expression.
2.    To teach social co-operation by providing experiences through group activities.
3.    To make the children aware of their social responsibilities.
4.    To prepare the children for better leadership and fellowship.
5.    To prepare the children in public speaking.
6.    To make the children aware of different important National and International days.

ACTIVITIES

Students of the school are divided into four houses to facilitate healthy competition among them. Inter-house competitions are conducted in literary and cultural activities.

LITERARY AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES

School magazine is published every year. It serves as a medium for written expression and the students get ample opportunity to show their literary talent.

     Inter-house competitions are conducted in different cultural activities such as solo song, group song, group dance, drama, drawing and painting, elocution, extempore, debate etc.

CELEBRATIONS

Important National and International days such as Dr. Ambedkar Janyanthi, World Population Awareness Day, Independence Day, Sadbhavna Divas, Teachers’ Day, Children’s Day, World Literacy Day, Republic Day etc. are celebrated in the school.

       Vanmahotsav is celebrated every year in the school.
